The theme for this GGJ was “What Home Means to You”. Our team imagined following a child as they grew up, seeing the traditions of their family. It wound up as a very emotional story with a darker backdrop!
There’s not much gameplay here, it’s mostly a narrative experience. But the simple structure gave me a bit of free time to experiment with some new techniques! I especially had fun tuning the camera to help the player see the important elements in the level.
